As President and CEO of Rush's, Don Alcorn has climbed to the very top of the Rush's career ladder. Don started working as a cashier at Rush's in 1968 and has helped shape the company to what it has become today, serving "Fabulous Food…Fast!" Don enjoys being involved in the everyday operations of the company but also enjoys teaching his employees to do his job just as much. Rachel's first job was working at Rush's and she's still there today. She's nearly climbed to the top of the career ladder and says she's loved every bit of it. Interacting with guests and counseling employees is some of her favorite things about being a Rush's General Manager. Other duties she's responsible for include making sure company policies and procedures are being followed and that employee's shifts are running smoothly. As an Assistant Manager, Laurie has risen through the ranks and learned all positions at Rush's. She's experienced everything in the restaurant, from how to work the drive-thru, preparing a hamburger and opening and closing duties. Crystal loves working at Rush's because it's a family oriented place to work. She likes staying busy and working with her coworkers. As a crew leader, Crystal is responsible for some paperwork but also oversees that all employees under her are doing their jobs correctly.
